Olga is a dentist, behavior change analyst, designer and entrepreneur. So, if you need to understand the behaviors or motivations of particular individuals, or you need a cavity filled, don’t worry, Olga can do either. After obtaining public health degree at Brown University, she joined Mad*Pow to work in the digital health space as a Senior Behavior Change Analyst. In her work, she applies the fusion of her clinical expertise, public health knowledge and insights from analyzing data. In her free time, she designs volunteer projects with friends and colleagues. Together they are working towards creating a community of young people who want to volunteer their skills and expertise to help organizations and communities reduce their inequalities, and grow the sense of hope and creativity. Olga’s drive and enthusiasm isn’t confined to the workplace. If she's not filling cavities or finding people's motivations, she's traveling the world.
