Andrea Archer, MFA, is a UX/UI Designer at the Arnhold Institute for Global Health (AIGH) at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She brings ethnographic research methods, service and product design to AIGH’s work in strengthening community health systems. Recently Andrea has also worked in public health: as a Data and Communications Designer at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and as a Human-Centered Designer in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder effort to find and address the health needs of opioid users in the South Bronx. Previously, Andrea worked on Madison Ave as an Art Director in healthcare advertising.
 
Andrea received her MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts and her Bachelors of Business Administration and Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame.
