Aubrey Kraft is a service designer with Kaiser Permanente’s Design Consultancy, supporting internal Human Centered Design trainings across the organization and end-to-end service design consulting initiatives. Previously, Aubrey worked on design and innovation projects with University of Vermont Medical Center, Northwestern Medical, Marriott International, Procter & Gamble, and others. She also served as a Fulbright English Teacher in Malaysia. Aubrey received a Master of Science in Engineering Design Innovation from Northwestern University and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering.
