I’m the Associate Vice President for Product Innovation in the Steele Institute for Health Innovation at Geisinger. I lead a design-led, cross-functional department with expertise in analytics, informatics, software development, product management, and evaluation. The goal is to delivery greater health care value through clinical care process redesign, patient-family engagement, and health information technology.

My work philosophy is centered on a commitment to building a people-centered culture and cultivating the creative confidence of individuals. The work is emphasized on collaborative engagement and strategic deployment of health information technology and analytics, with the aim of continuously designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions in community, clinical and home settings.

I hold a Masters of Public Health from East Stroudsburg University and a Doctorate of Education in Adult Education from Pennsylvania State University.
